What's your return policy?
In case you have received a damaged or faulty product, you can return the product for a full refund. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure all returns include any accessories and are returned in the original packaging. We do not currently offer exchanges.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
